Order Processing, Returns and Deliveries

You may cancel your order by sending us an e-mail at customerservice [at] Please wait for our confirmation. Orders may be cancelled as long as the items are not yet marked for shipping. Any refunds will be credited to your bank account, and shall be discussed with you by our customer representative. offers nationwide delivery to all locations serviced by either our own delivery trucks or LBC.  

You are only allowed one (1) delivery address per transaction. If you need to have some of the items delivered to another address, remove them from your current shopping cart, then proceed to Checkout. You will need to re-shop for these items and start a new transaction for a new delivery location.

After paying for your items, we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order. This means that your items have been processed for delivery to your specified delivery address. Please note that to cover the costs of order processing, the minimum order amount per transaction is PHP500.00.

We offer FREE DELIVERY within Metro Manila for purchases amounting to PHP2,500.00 or more, and for purchases less than that amount, a minimal delivery fee applies. For deliveries outside of Metro Manila, the delivery charge depends on the volume of items as well as destination, using prevailing LBC delivery rates. 

Our normal delivery lead time is within three (3) working days after the order has been processed. Orders placed before 5 p.m. local time, pending credit approval and product availability, will be processed on the same day.
